Women's participation in the health sector presents challenges in balancing their dual roles as professionals and homemakers. This study aims to examine the effect of WFC on Work Engagement with Resilience as a mediator. The method used is a quantitative approach with path analysis techniques, involving 170 working mothers from a population of 295 people at Dr. Mohammad Zyn Sampang Regional General Hospital. Data were collected through an online scale and analyzed using JASP 19.3 software. The results showed that: (1) WFC did not have a direct effect on Work Engagement, (2) WFC had a significant effect on Resilience, (3) Resilience had a significant effect on Work Engagement, and (4) Resilience mediated the relationship between WFC and Work Engagement. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of Resilience as a protective factor in maintaining the work engagement of working mothers.
