Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve parents' understanding of hormonal changes and adolescent behavior, as well as their empathetic communication skills in guiding children through puberty. It was conducted through interactive education and discussions with 20 parents at the Family Planning Center in Medan on November 11, 2025. Survey results indicate that 100% of respondents understand the role of the family, 93% recognize the importance of open communication and role modeling, 90% find the activity relevant, and 87% understand adolescent hormonal changes. Qualitative feedback emphasizes the need for regular activities and openness within the family. This program has proven effective in strengthening the synergy of biological, psychological, and spiritual aspects in adolescent parenting.
