This community service activity aims to improve the technical and institutional capacity of the Desa Lau Solu community through training and socialization of sustainable agricultural technology. The program includes the construction of NFT hydroponic installations, the development of a floating rice system, the production of liquid organic fertilizer from household waste, and the production of charcoal briquettes from rice husks. The implementation method is based on direct and participatory practices involving the Karang Taruna youth organization and farmer groups as key partners. The results show an increase in knowledge, technical skills, and community participation, as well as the formation of a more active and independent Karang Taruna organizational structure. This activity has had an impact on strengthening local capacity in the areas of food security, waste management, and community economy. This activity model is relevant for replication in other villages as a sustainable development strategy.
