The Effect of Self-Efficacy and Self-Esteem on Work Readiness of Final Students of UNJ 2024/2025

Abstract

Study This aim for analyze influence Self-Efficacy and Self-Esteem towards Readiness Work student level end of the Administrative Education Study Program Jakarta State University Office academic year 2024/2025. Research use approach quantitative with method survey correlational through instrument questionnaire to 131 specified respondents​ with saturated sampling technique. Data analysis using regression with help SPSS application. Research results show that Self -Efficacy and Self-Esteem in partial and simultaneous influential positive and significant to Readiness Work students. In general partial, Self -Efficacy contributes by 60.3%, while Self-Esteem contributed by 59.1%. simultaneous, both variables give contribution by 62% in explain variance Readiness Work. Findings This confirm that belief self and appreciation to self Alone is factor important things that influence readiness student entering the world of work. Research recommend strengthening soft skills development programs for increase efficacy self, self-esteem self, as well as competence readiness Work student.
