Abstract

Electronic land certificates serve as state-recognized proof of ownership alongside physical certificates, yet their application and acceptance remain dependent on the community’s level of legal awareness. Through empirical-normative methods, this study found that there are several factors that influence public awareness of electronic land certificates, namely: the level of public knowledge about the law of electronic certificates, knowledge of the content of regulations regarding electronic certificates, attitudes towards these regulations, and patterns of public behavior.
