Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the work environment and career development on nurse loyalty with job satisfaction as a mediating variable at Regional General Hospital Hj. Anna Lasmanah Banjarnegara. A quantitative approach was applied in this research, with the population consisting of nurses at the hospital. The sample size was determined using the Slovin formula and selected through a Quota Sampling. The results indicate that the work environment and career development, each has a significant positive effect on both job satisfaction and nurse loyalty. Additionally, job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on nurse loyalty and mediates the relationship between the work environment, career development, and nurse loyalty. This study provides valuable insights for enhancing nurse loyalty through improvements in the work environment and career development.
