Abstract

This study aims to analyze inclusive leadership, intellectual capital, and the mediating role of collaborative culture on sustainable organizational performance. The population of this study were employees of the Tangerang City Food Security Agency, with a sample of all agency employees. The data analysis method used the Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results found that inclusive leadership, intellectual capital, and collaborative culture have a positive and significant influence on sustainable organizational performance. Collaborative culture is also able to mediate inclusive leadership style and intellectual capital possessed by the agency organization in improving sustainable organizational performance.
